Our mission

Standing with women, at every stage of the journey

Advocating for Fair Immigration, Work and Family Rights

WIN advocates for immigration rules and public policy that recognise the real lives of women and families. We support education, skills, and employment-readiness routes for people from developing nations so they can adapt to the UK labour market, while also highlighting how high visa and application costs can keep working families below the poverty line.

Standing with Women and Families Through Uncertainty

WIN stands with women whose lives are placed on hold by delayed immigration decisions, family separation, insecure status, domestic abuse, or poverty. Through advocacy, signposting, community support, and trusted relationships, we help women protect family rights, rebuild confidence, and keep moving forward while decisions that affect their futures are being made.

Promoting Integration. Together We'll Succeed.

By becoming a funder of WIN, you can make a real difference in the lives of women in need. Your support will help us provide essential resources to help promote integration into Scottish society so that women can live with dignity and independence.
